Description
Looking for something to sip while watching the snow fall or wrapping presents? This delicious cocktail is perfect for holiday prepping, snow-watching, and celebrating with others. It’s a twist on the typical White Russian using a simple cinnamon vanilla syrup. Try it out, and let us know what you think of it.
Ingredients
Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of honey
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
Cocktail
2 oz Vodka (we prefer Titos)
1 oz Kahlua
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon Simple syrup
2 tablespoons of creamer (more depending on how creamy you like your drink)
1 shot of espresso
Ice
Chocolate syrup to drizzle
Instructions
1- In a small pot, bring to a boil the water, honey, and cinnamon. Allow boiling for 3-5 minutes, creating a thicker liquid. Take off the burner, and add vanilla. Stir and allow to sit and cool off.
2- While the syrup is cooling, add ice to a glass. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the sides of your glass using the chocolate syrup and twisting the cup.
3- Combine ice, Vodka, Kahlua, Creamer, Cinnamon Simple syrup, and Espresso in a shaker. Shake well. Pour over ice and ENJOY!
